For years i have laminated the small pieces of my games and centers to make sure they will last.

Can laminate pouches be cut.

I started reading stories about teachers who never cut prior to laminating. A craft knife and straight edge. If you do use scissors slide them through the laminate don t open and close the blades. This will give you a smoother cut.

Never cut a pouch before laminating or it will jam inside the machine. Do you love laminating. So far i ve only had a few instances where the lamination pulled off of the paper after cutting them. So i just laminate the entire sheet then cut out my pieces. Never laminate social security cards or one of a kind items that cannot be replaced.
